Rev.Fr.Jerry Jacob, is seeking prayers and blessings from all of us as he celebrating Holy Eucharist for the first time on this Sunday, July 22nd at his home parish, the St.Mary’s Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church of White Plains, New York. He is the youngest priest ever ordained in the American Archdiocese, the first one from North East region of USA and a maiden gift of White Plains St.Mary’s to the Holy Church.

 

Jerry Achen is so grateful to all those who attended the Holy Qurbono and the holy Sacrament of his ordination as priest on Saturday, July 14th 2012.  Achen humbly bows down to the plentiful affection and love of His Holiness the Patriarch, His Beatitude the Catholicose, the venerable Archbishops at the helm of his ordination, H.E.Dr.Thomas Mor Themotheos, H.E.Mor Cyril Aphrem Karim and H.E.Mor Titus Yeldho, all the venerable Bishops of the Holy Church, respected Corepiscopos & Priests, loving fellow Deacons,  friends & relatives whose love, he says, is immeasurable.
