The golden jubilee celebration of St.George Sunday school, Kunnappilly will be scheduled to be on 9th December, 2012. Kerala  Civil Supplies Minister Com.Anoop Jacob, H.G.Dr.Mathews Mor Ivanios, MJSSA President H.G.Mathews Mor Aphrem, Sri.Jose K Mani M.P., Sri.K.R.Jayakumar( Edakkattuvayam Grama Panchayath President)  Sabha Trustee Sri.Thampu George Thukalan and other Diginataries are participating.

Honouring the First Batch Teachers, Charity Fund Inauguration and other programmes also included.

This sunday school includes in the Kandanad District of Kandanad Diocese.  The parish church is St.J.S.C. Kunnappilly.  It  was started as the chapel of St.John’s J.S.Valiapally, S.Paravur. MJSSA  Kandanad Diocese  Director Sri.P.I.Kuriakose is the Headmaster of sunday school from 2001.  He was the JSSLC 1st Rank holder in the year 1984.  This school is one of the best School in Kalostvam and  got 2- 10 JSSLC Ranks  in many years in Kandanad District & Diocese Level. Late Chev.T.J.Jacob was Head master from 1968 – 2001.  Late T.J.John was the first headmaster.

The Golden Jubilee celebration Committee includes Rev.Fr. Jibi Ichikkottil (Vicar)- Patron, Sri.P.I.Kuriakose(H.M) – Gen.Convenor, Sri.N.V.Varghese(Trustee) & Sri.V.J.Varghese(Sec) are the Joint Convenors. All the office bearers of Youth Association, Vanitha Samajam, Churrch Managing Committe members are also the members of the Variousa Sub Committees of the Celebration Committee.
