Bangkok: About 20 young theologians from Asia met in Bangkok to offer Asian reflections on the Assembly theme of the World Council of Churches. “God of Life: Lead us into Justice and Peace” is the theme of the next Assembly of the WCC, to be held in Busan, South Korea in the year, 2013.
Manila: The Drafting group of the New Mission Statement of the World Council of Churches met in Manila to finalize the draft of the new Mission Statement. The meeting was held at the headquarters of the National Council of Churches in the Philippnies from 1-4 July, 2011.
