One of the allegations they raised against our building a Church in Parumala was that we have made a website in the name of Parumala Pally, which is their ‘trademark’. When people think only about money, everything will seem as money making efforts to them.

പള്ളിനിര്‍മ്മാണത്തിന്റെ പേരില്‍ അനാവശ്യവിവാദം ഉണ്ടാക്കി പരുമലയില്‍ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനുള്ള ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്‌സ് വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ നീക്കം ഉപേക്ഷിക്കണമെന്ന് യാക്കോബായ സഭ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

‘പരുമല സെമിനാരിയുമായി സഭയ്ക്ക് വളരെ ബന്ധമുണ്ടെങ്കിലും അവിടെ തര്‍ക്കത്തിന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല. പരുമലയിലെ 30 ല്‍ പരം കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ യാക്കോബായ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ടവരാണ്. ഇവരുടെ ആവശ്യപ്രകാരമാണ് പരുമലയില്‍ പള്ളി നിര്‍മ്മിക്കാന്‍ സഭാ നേതൃത്വം തീരുമാനിച്ചത്. യാക്കോബായ സഭ പള്ളി നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുന്നത് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളെ അറിയിച്ച് സഭാവിശ്വാസികളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലായിരിക്കും’-നേതൃത്വം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

പത്തനംതിട്ട: പരുമലയില്‍ യാക്കോബായ സുറിയാനി സഭ നിര്‍മിക്കാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദേവാലയത്തിനെതിരേ ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്‌സ് സഭ നടത്തുന്ന നിഴല്‍യുദ്ധം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നു യാക്കോബായ സഭ നിരണം ഭദ്രാസനാധിപന്‍ ഗീവര്‍ഗീസ്‌ മോര്‍ കൂറിലോസ്‌ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

യാക്കോബായ സഭ പരുമലയില്‍ വാങ്ങിയ 20 സെന്റ്‌ പരുമല സെമിനാരിയില്‍നിന്ന്‌ 750 മീറ്റര്‍ അകലെയാണ്‌. 200 മീറ്റര്‍ ദൂരവ്യത്യാസമേയുള്ളൂവെന്ന ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്‌സ് സഭയുടെ പ്രചാരണം സത്യവിരുദ്ധമാണ്‌. സഭാ വിശ്വാസികളായ ഇരുപത്തഞ്ചില്‍പരം കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടിയാണു പള്ളിപണിയാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്‌.
