Bangkok: Metropolitan Coorilos Geevarghese participated in a three day consultation on a Code of Conduct on Conversion, jointly organised by the Interreligious Department of World Council of Churches and the Pontifican Council for Christian Unity, Vatican. The Consultation was held at Hotel Arnoma in Bangkok from 25-28 January, 2011. Mor Coorilos was part of a high level delegation of the WCC. Top officials from the Vatican and representatives from the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) also attended the consultation. This was the last of a series of consultations. The earlier ones were held in Lariano, Italy and Toulouse, France. The Bangkok meeting finalised the code of Coduct on Conversion and it would be officially launched soon.
