Metropolitan consecration of three Metropolitans for the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Church ( Archdiocese of Universal Syriac Orthodox Church) held at St. Athanasius Cathedral, Puthenkurishu on 02 January 2012. His Beatitude the Catholicos Aboon Mor Baselios Thomas I was the chief celebrant and all bishops from Malankara assisted. New metropolitans named Elias Mor Yulios (Gabriel Ramban) , Thomas Mor Alexndrios (Barsomo Ramban – Fr.Thomas Abraham , Nerianthara), Sacarias Mor Polycarpos (Semavoon Rabban – Fr. Shaji Scaria Kochillam)
