Mor Coorilos Geevarghese, Metropolitan of Niranam diocese and Ptariarchal Vicar of UAE inaugurated the Iftar Meet and Inter-religious fellowship in Kayamkulam on August 11, 2012. The function was organized by the Muslim Youth Federation and was attended by people from different walks of life. Noted writer Chunakkara Janradanan Nair gave the key note speech.
