His Holiness the Patriarch of Antioch and All The East Moran Mor Ignatius Zakka I Iwas, the 122nd successor to St. Peter in the Apostolic See of Antioch and All the East entering his Golden Jubilee year of Metropolitan Consecration. On 17 November 1963 His Holiness the Patriarch of Antioch and All The East Moran Mor Yackoob III consecrated Mor Severious Zakka as the metropolitan of Masoul Diocese of Iraq. On 14th September 1980 Mor Severious Zakka became the 122nd successor to St. Peter in the Apostolic See of Antioch and All the East as Ignatius Zakka I Iwas.
