His Holiness Patriarch visited Sankt Ignatius Theological Academy

His Holiness Patriarch Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visited Sankt Ignatius Theological Academy and signed the bylaws of the new Sankt Ignatius Syriac Orthodox Seminary in Sweden on 18 Sept 2015.
His Holiness prayed at the chapel of the academy and was given a short presentation of its current work.
The board of the Academy bestowed the Sankt Ignatius Order to His Holiness in appreciation for his efforts to encourage all to be engaged in the Holy Liturgy and especially participate in the Holy Communion.
Their Eminences: Mor Dioscoros Benjamin Atas, Patriarchal Vicar in Sweden, Mor Dionysius Jean Kawak, Patriarchal Assistant and Mor Nicodemus Daoud Sharaf, Archbishop of Mosul and Environs were also present.
